Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on jilivo. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using another person's personal details — is strictly prohibited. jilivo reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to void any wagers or withdrawals associated with them. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery feature or contact support rather than creating a new Account.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and maintain that information in an up-to-date state throughout the life of your Account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension. jilivo may request supporting documentation at any stage to verify the accuracy of registration information.
jilivo reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Account approval does not guarantee uninterrupted access to all features of the platform, which may be subject to verification steps, geographic restrictions, or ongoing compliance reviews.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. jilivo will never contact you to request your password by any channel including email, live chat, telephone, or social media. Any unauthorised access to your Account must be reported to jilivo support immediately.
All wagers, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions conducted through your Account are your sole responsibility, whether or not they were made by you personally. jilivo will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or where you have delayed in reporting a suspected breach.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting jilivo customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements. Bonus Balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
jilivo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time where it reasonably suspects or identifies: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or any activity that jilivo considers to be contrary to the integrity of its platform or the safety of other players. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, jilivo may forfeit any Balance held in the Account and will not be obliged to return funds that were obtained through prohibited conduct.
An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jilivo will notify you at the email address registered to your Account prior to applying an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to any remaining Balance. No inactivity fee will cause a Balance to fall below zero. You may reactivate your Account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
jilivo accepts deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Visa card, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may vary from time to time. jilivo reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods without prior notice.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of the jilivo platform at the time of the transaction. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at jilivo's discretion, including as part of promotional offers or following account-level reviews.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your Account Balance within sixty (60) seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) Business Days to be credited. jilivo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile financial service providers, or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests submitted during BST business hours (09:00–21:00 BST, Monday to Saturday) are typically processed within two (2) hours to mobile wallet methods. Bank transfers may take up to three (3) Business Days. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. jilivo reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction.
All transactions on jilivo are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jilivo does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is handled externally and is not within jilivo's control. jilivo bears no responsibility for exchange rate differences applied by third-party payment services.
You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. jilivo strictly prohibits the use of the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. Deposits made using payment methods registered to a third party will be rejected and returned where possible, or held pending investigation.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional offers made available on jilivo are subject to individual promotional terms, including specified wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, minimum bet sizes, and time limits within which wagering requirements must be fulfilled. These individual terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.
Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotional terms, a standard wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount applies before any Bonus Balance or winnings derived from a Bonus Balance can be converted to real-money Balance and withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, sports betting markets, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are set out in the individual promotion terms.
jilivo reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: exploiting promotional offers through low-risk or hedged betting strategies; creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; providing false information to qualify for a bonus; or systematically betting in a manner that breaches the spirit of the promotional offer.
jilivo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been accepted and the relevant qualifying deposit made, any change will not be applied retroactively to that Player's existing Bonus Balance unless the promotion was granted on the basis of incorrect or fraudulent information.
The games and betting markets available on jilivo may change at any time without prior notice. jilivo does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, live dealer table, sports market, or other wagering product. Scheduled maintenance, provider updates, or regulatory requirements may result in temporary or permanent removal of specific products.
jilivo reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion without being required to state a reason. This includes wagers placed in error, wagers that exceed published limits, wagers placed during technical errors affecting odds or game mechanics, and wagers that jilivo has reason to believe were placed in breach of these Terms.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome or display of any game or betting market, jilivo reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. Any winnings generated as a result of an evident error in displayed odds, game paytables, or payout calculations will be considered void and will not be credited or paid out. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the jilivo platform.
Sports betting markets offered by jilivo, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, are subject to the specific market rules published in the sports betting section of the platform. Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed according to its standard format, settlement rules for affected markets will follow the guidelines published for that sport. Results are settled based on official scores confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BPL official scorers for Bangladesh Premier League matches).
Live in-play betting markets are available on selected sporting events. Odds in live markets update in real time and jilivo cannot guarantee that a wager placed at a displayed price will be accepted at that exact price if the odds change during the brief processing period between submission and acceptance. Where a wager is accepted at a different price due to in-play price movement, the Player will be notified and may cancel the wager within any applicable cancellation window.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilivo platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may result in legal action or referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the jilivo platform — including but not limited to its logo, trade name, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jilivo or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or exploit any content from the jilivo platform for any commercial purpose without express prior written consent.
jilivo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jilivo does not sell personal data to third parties and will only share data with service providers, payment processors, and identity verification partners as necessary to operate the platform and fulfil its obligations to Players.

jilivo's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilivo does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and network environment are secure before accessing the platform.
jilivo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — for example, changes to withdrawal procedures, bonus terms, or prohibited conduct definitions — jilivo will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via the email address registered to your Account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the jilivo platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and jilivo regarding any aspect of your Account, a transaction, or a wager settlement, you should contact jilivo customer support in the first instance to seek resolution.
jilivo will endeavour to resolve all Player disputes within ten (10) Business Days of receiving a formal complaint.
